Providence Home Care is looking to fill our team with home care nurses. We are interested in having an experienced team having experience in Home Health and are able to complete the following:

Seeks and obtains sufficient information necessary to function effectively in the health care setting where assigned.

Provides professional nursing care by utilizing all elements of the nursing process.

Assesses and evaluate the client's status by:

A. Writing and initiating a Plan of Care

B. Regularly re-evaluating client needs

C. Revising the Plan of Care as necessary

Initiates and sustains the implementation of orders for medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician in the physician's Plan of Care.

Infusion Care

Job Types: Part-time, Travel nursing, Per diem

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
